There are a few things in life that I truly detest.
Included in that list would be unnecessary meetings, endless phone tag and mosquitos!
Time is a precious and unrenewable resource. Whenever possible I try to find ways to save time or maximize the way I use it.
That is why I love ScheduleOnce.
How it makes my life easier:
My primary use of ScheduleOnce for the last few years has been setting up phone calls with other professionals.
This has included psychiatrists, school teachers, court mediators and even local therapists that I want to network with.
It is super simple. ScheduleOnce syncs with all my calendars and easily presents available times for a phone call or any other type of meeting.
The person then requests 3 possible times, which I can choose from and then confirm.
This is followed by automated reminder emails that increase the likelihood the person will show up for the call.
This cuts down on almost all the back and forth of emails and/or phone calls. I just send my unique scheduling link and then approve the time that works best for me.
This year I have started using ScheduleOnce for potential clients to schedule the initial phone call with my intake coordinator.
This is already saving me quite a bit of time and money. I will have to write a separate post on that!

What I love:
- Easy to use interface
- Simple to customize with my brand colors
- Looks really nice embedded on my website
- Reasonably affordable
- The platform is highly flexible
- Other professionals are often impressed
What I don’t love:
There is not much that I don’t love about ScheduleOnce.
The higher plan that is necessary for the additional website options (widgets, buttons, embedding) is kind of expensive.
Aside from that I can’t imagine switching to one of the other competitors.
Here is a bonus tip.
I often share my ScheduleOnce link in emails, texts and Facebook messages. I use TextExpander to create a shortcut that automatically adds my link. All I have to type is ”meetme” and the whole link is expanded. Oh yeah!
So, here is my conclusion. I highly recommend that you check out ScheduleOnce.
It will save you time and make you famous (well at least the first one)!
Do you already use an online scheduling software? If so, I would be curious which one and what you like about it. Leave a comment below.
