Hi there! So glad you’re listening to this podcast right now.

Today, I have something important I want to share with you, a little message of encouragement, if you will: as a busy therapist, you deserve more. I really believe this.

You are busy growing your practice, seeing your clients, managing your team. You’re swamped with chores at home, taking care of kids, doing all those things that keep your life running.

I believe that you should be able to do the life-changing work with your clients and also create a life that you absolutely love.

You really deserve to have more – more time to play and hang out with your kids, more time to invest in hobbies and things you enjoy. I’ve been thinking of this lately as noble leisure, such an important thing!

You deserve to have more energy for hiking, biking, picnicking, hang-gliding or whatever pursuits really rejuvenate you.

You deserve to have more money to meet your needs, to save, to invest – that thing called Retirement! – and buy things just because you want them.

I recently bought a ridiculous purchase of some AirPods Pro Max. And if you know what those are, they are noise-canceling headphones from Apple that are way too much money! But they’re fantastic and I’m loving them.

You deserve to have a business that serves your life and helps you reach all your goals. That really is the dream for me. And I think it’s possible for both of us.

This is the mission behind everything we do at Productive Therapist: we provide world-class resources for busy therapists like you so you can save time, make more money, basically change the world and also love your life.

Okay, we’re back! I just really wanted to record this short podcast to provide a bit of encouragement for you today.

There’s no doubt that building a private practice and a business like this takes a lot of time, hard work and some pretty serious intention. But I really believe that you’re worth it. You deserve it, and you will accomplish what you set your heart and your mind to.

So here’s to being a more productive therapist – I’m raising my Yerba Mate can to you! To having more epic vacations, here’s to helping our clients heal and thrive, to building something meaningful that makes a difference right now and for the future, both for your clients, for you and for your family.

Thanks so much for listening and I hope you have a fantastic day!
