Hello, and welcome to the Productive Therapist Podcast!

I’m so happy that you're here and listening, and I'm really excited to talk to you about how to reach your big goals faster.

You might have noticed if you've been listening recently that there's a theme to the podcast and all of my newsletters as well, talking about focus, talking about accountability, talking about how to rock your goals.

So I want to tell you about this thing called Focus Club, which is an accountability program that's pretty unique, in my opinion, that I designed to help therapists like you really apply intentional focus to achieving your goals.

And this is something that I've realized over the years that I just really love helping therapists win. And this is true of the therapists that work for me and my group practice. This is true of the therapists that we support through Productive Therapist and our services.

It just thrills me to help other people get clear on their goals, get focused, get things done, and actually feel successful in the process.

So what I'm actually going to do is maybe a little bit unconventional, but I'm going to actually read you the info page that I created for Focus Club, and that will share all the details. And then you can decide if this is something that's right for you.

Whether or not you sign up for this program, I can tell you that, in order to reach your big goals, you're going to need to get clarity, accountability helps a ton, and focusing on consistent effort over time is really a good recipe for success.

So here you go:

“Do you have big goals and dreams and yet struggle to make real progress? You probably have no shortage of ideas about how to change the world.

In fact, you have a ton of education, training and experience, but more importantly, you're full of passion and a desire to make a difference.

Maybe you want to start or grow a private practice or start a group practice. Maybe you want to write a book or launch a podcast, maybe create an online course. Possibly you just want to stay caught up on your notes so you can relax on the weekend! Fill in the blank with that thing that you've been thinking about for so long.

However, here's the problem, and you're not alone: you’re super busy, but your to-do list is still a mile long.

Making time to focus on your big ideas just feels hard. You're overloaded with information. All those books and courses you bought but didn't go through yet. You're not sure where to start.

You shouldn't have to feel stuck and frustrated about not reaching your goals, and I have some good news. You don't have to!

Focus Club will help you turn your ideas into completed projects and your daydreams into reality.

It's a monthly accountability and support program that helps you get stuff done, period.

And our goal here at Productive Therapist, always, and myself as a coach and consultant, I want to help you get more done so you can have more fun.

And there's a few perks that I want to share with you that are included in the membership, and there's a full list that I'll tell you about in a moment. The main components are a private community, monthly work sessions where we get stuff done and a quarterly coaching call with me.

So think about this: What happens if you don't reach your goals?

Over the years, I personally have lost so much time to fear and procrastination, not believing in myself and not taking consistent action. Maybe you can relate.

For me, this kept resulting in crushing disappointment. Things really started to turn around when I invested in business coaching and joined a mastermind group. I needed to get clarity on my goals and have some accountability to help me achieve them. I still have plenty of challenges, but now I have the support I need to keep growing and accomplish bigger and bigger things.

I genuinely love helping other therapists win, both in work in life, and that's why I created Focus Club

So what will happen if you don't reach your goals? No doubt it will affect you, your family, and even your larger community. If you don't reach your goals, you'll feel like you're not living up to your potential. You'll experience a lack of motivation from not making progress. You'll end up feeling stuck and discouraged. You won't create the income you want, and you might even end up working too much and feeling burned out.

And if you do reach your goals, you'll feel a delightful self esteem boost, a sense of satisfying progress, you’ll gain respect in your community, you'll get more time and freedom and hopefully more epic vacations!

And I know this is not like a binary thing; we’re all in some sort of process of reaching some goals, not reaching others, trying to improve on things in our lives and having some success and some setbacks. So it's not all one or the other for sure. However, I can tell you this: When you start turning your dreams into reality, some pretty amazing things will happen.

So here's a full list of the benefits of Focus Club: you get a private community; you get a quarterly coaching call with me, one-on-one; two monthly work sessions where we actually focus and get work done; you have the option of being paired with an accountability partner; and you also have virtual assistant support, which is a unique part of this program where you can use our team of virtual assistants to get one-off projects done; and then you also have access to our online course library with all kinds of wonderful resources.

So if this is sounding interesting, but you're not sure if it's right for you, here’s a couple of things that might help you make your decision.

So Focus Club is not really best for you if you’re: A) not clear on your idea, B) you might need more one-on-one coaching, C) the timing just doesn't feel right, or D) you know that you work better alone.

However, it will be right for you and you should join if you have an idea that you're excited about, you mostly know what you need to do, you're ready to get some stuff done and you know that you benefit from group accountability.

So here's the deal: The world really needs you and I to show up and make our big dreams a reality. You can make that happen with or without this membership. However, it might just provide the motivation and encouragement that you need.

I would be thrilled to support you if this is the right thing for you now, and either way, I'm going to cheer for you.

Also, we have a no risk cancelation policy: if for any reason you don't love Focus Club, you can cancel anytime. No questions asked.

I really want to make this an easy decision for you. I'm confident that you'll be stoked about the support and accountability we provide, and it's going to make a huge difference for you.

For the month of October - just about twelve more days as of this recording, and even less as of the publishing of this episode! - the founding member price is $39 per month. And that will go up and the membership will actually be only available four times a year.

So check it out now: ProductiveTherapist.com/focus

And we've also got several frequently asked questions on there about how the private community works, what the monthly work sessions are like, how does the accountability partner situation work, and what if your goals are different from others? So you can find answers about those questions on that page.

A couple of the benefits of becoming a founding member here in the month of October are 1) you lock in that lifetime discount - the price IS going to go up November 1;  2) you are going to be able to help me create this program from day one to serve your needs; and then 3) you also get to receive some fun swag in the mail for being a founding member.

So that is what I wanted to share with you. And whether it's through this membership program or simply listening to this podcast, reading our blog or getting our newsletter, I'm really here to help you reach your big goals faster to get more done so you can have more fun.

Thanks for listening and I hope you have a great day!

Bye!
